1. Why do I have to register?

So that you can see your individual products and prices

2. When will I get my login data for the Online Shop? Why can't I see prices and the shopping cart after I register?

You created your login data during registration (email address + individual password)
You can log in to the Online shop with your email address and individual password following an internal check of your information, which takes place within 24 hours of registration (business days Mo.-Fr.) without further notice. Then you can see prices and your shopping cart.

3. Why can't I pay 'on account'?

This form of payment is only available for particular groups of customers.

4. Why do I need a TecDoc Web Basis Licence for each order?

The TecAlliance price model is based on purchasing multi-user licences exclusively in conjunction with at least one valid basis licence per customer.

5. When does the validity period for my TecDoc Web licences begin?

Purchased licences are valid for one year starting from the order date.

6. How long is a DEMO PRO licence valid?

A DEMO PRO licence is valid for 14 days from the order date and can only be used once per customer account.

7. Why can't I log in to the TecDoc Web with the DEMO PRO licence?

9. When and how will I receive an invoice?

After payment has been completed the corresponding invoice will be sent automatically to the email address provided.
